Get into plank pose. Place your straightened arms shoulder-width apart, with your palms and toes resting on the floor. Then bend your right leg at the knee and pull it towards your chest, hold for a few seconds and return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise several times on each leg.

Exercise 6. Reverse plank

From a sitting position, extend your legs in front of you, resting your heels on the floor. Place your hands on the floor with your palms facing your feet. Raise your body so that your shoulders and hips are in line. Hold for a few seconds and return to the starting position. Repeat several times.
